Anyways, when it comes to sex, the focus is often on what’s happening on the outside: did you lick there, were you in that position, did you pull off this move….?
Which, for an energetic person like me is: B.O.R.I.N.G.
Because what I really care about is: How does it feel?
And then I experience it in the reverse: how I feel dictates where I lick and how I move… Do you feel me?

In the Tantric traditions, energy is the power of consciousness.

Energy is infinitely powerful.
So today I’m going to share with you one of my favorite practices called solar and lunar lovemaking to create mind-blowing ecstasy and a totally electric connection between you and your partner.
This practice allows you to play with energy during sex and create polarity through energy.
Polarity is when you create opposite energies and strengthen them to make the attraction and magnetic pull between them stronger.
In this practice, one of you will be the solar partner and one of you will be the lunar partner…one of you is active, expansive, directed…and one of you is flowing, oceanic, and surrendered…
It’s so simple and powerful and offers you an easy way to access Tantric energy… And I’m going to walk you through the whole practice step by step in the video below.
