Experience

• 2+ years of experience in marketing

• 1+ years of experience in customer service

• 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin preferred.

• Superior skills in all Google Suite and similar cloud-based platforms.

• Fantastic online researcher and strong writing skills.

• Strong communication skills via Zoom and Slack.

Other Preferred Experience
Experience with Freshdesk, WordPress and/or Ontraport. Background in PR, social media, or working for a lifestyle/coaching brand is a huge plus.

Marketing Assistant Duties:

Powerfully Step Into Being a Queen Amongst Queens at VITA™ by Layla Martin

• Monitoring and responding to comments on Facebook and Instagram ads, organic social media posts, DM's, and YouTube. 

• Providing assistance in the preparation of course launches, including proofreading, editing, formatting emails in Ontraport, and testing links.

• Creating spreadsheets to clearly organize data.

• Data entry and assisting in creating marketing reports.

• Assisting in organizing virtual live events.

• Assisting in the planning and organizing of our recurring video and photography shoots.

• Research for SEO, articles, scripts, and other marketing materials. 

• Research and evaluate media inquiries and collaboration opportunities and serve as the point-of-contact. 

• Coordinate campaigns with influencers, set up expert interviews, and collaborate with program teachers and alum for content creation. 

• Managing payments for various marketing-related expenses, including affiliates, actors, collaborations, and film crew costs.
