The Role

Bachelor’s degree, with a focus in Marketing or Business (or related field) encouraged but not required
Minimum of 4 years of proven digital marketing experience; managing digital campaigns to acquire & engage users throughout the funnel (i.e. email marketing, content creation, social media, online advertising, SEO, blogging, etc.)
Expertise in creating complex digital sales funnels
Excellent copywriting and editing skills (longform emails, conversion copy, ads, etc.)
Experienced in managing remote teams and complex, time sensitive projects
Superior skills in Google Suite, cloud-based intelligence tools and the ability to quickly learn new technology platforms as required

The Role
Working with the executive and leadership team to create quarterly and annual marketing plans across programs and channels, identifying growth/innovation opportunities, meeting or exceeding key KPIs, and executing within approved timelines and budgets.
Managing and motivating the marketing team and coordinating creative talent and advertising agencies to uphold brand guidelines
Optimizing and implementing highly targeted digital sales funnels for lead generation and sales conversion by deploying strategies and segmentation to improve our targeting, personalization efforts, media effectiveness, creative insights and audience learnings.
Planning program launches to optimize performance and revenue through development of creative assets, testing, reporting, optimization, and marketing trends
Leading email marketing strategy and implementation, working with the lead copywriter to create email content, and responsible for scheduling and tracking results
Leading the creation of digital advertising assets, opt-in assets, and paid media campaigns, and analyzing KPIs and reporting results
Collaborating with the Social Media Manager to coordinate campaigns and activations across social channels
Directing YouTube and content filming shoots, providing feedback to video editor, and publishing videos
Managing and updating database of existing content and keeping website content up to date
You will balance priorities between providing assistance and support to the Marketing team.
About you
Experienced in Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Ontraport, ActiveCampaign, Infusionsoft, Pardot, etc.) and sales funnel creation
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading high performing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Experienced in maintaining brand image and voice
Excellent project management skills (Asana experience is a plus)
Confident, resourceful and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Data and report driven
Meticulous with details
Familiar with CMS editors, such as WordPress
Understands SEO leading practices and implementation
Fantastic at executing with speed and decisiveness and understanding how to manage priorities
Focused on proactively suggesting solutions and offering innovative ideas that create raving fans
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Adaptable and ambitious

This includes email marketing, program marketing, paid advertising, generating email list subscriber opt-ins, VITA™ TV videos, and website content. This role plans program launches to optimize performance and revenue through management of creative development, testing, and optimization. The Marketing Manager also ensures that all marketing assets meet brand guidelines.
This role sets KPIs across campaigns (CTR, CPA, subscribe rate, etc), manages the team to meet goals, and reports results to senior leadership. The Marketing Manager keeps teams to tight deadlines and manages stakeholders at all levels across the company, while motivating and coaching direct reports to create best in class marketing with a laser focus on driving business results.
