Requirements and Skills

  • BS/BA degree in marketing or a related field

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in a DTC CPG environment

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing website, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Strong campaign and project management skills, delivering on tight deadlines. Preferred: Experience working with Project Management tools (i.e. Asana, Slack, etc.).

  • Fluency in at least 1 enterprise Email Service Provider (ESP) platform (e.g., Hubspot)

  • Experience operating in Reporting / Web Analytics tools (Sprout, etc.)

  • Experience working in website platforms (Unbounce, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Maintain our social media presence.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives and content planning.

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points in the entire customer journey.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

You will balance priorities between providing assistance and support to the Marketing team.
