For this video, I invited 7 strangers to my living room to take off their clothing.
And even though this totally sounds like the start of a porn plot…
It was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed.
Because we can be so terrified of nudity…
Of our own bodies…
And I really believe that being comfortable naked leads to loving your body…
Why?
Because most women have only ever seen “perfect”, photoshopped, Hollywood or porn-star bodies…
And once they see other women…
They notice…OMG I’m normal.
And a little after that…
She’s so beautiful…
And then…
SO AM I!!!
This is the importance of getting naked.
It’s not just fun and wild (although that’s a great part of it…)
It’s empowering and healing.
