27 Exquisite Ways to Self-Pleasure
So this is all about some exciting, delicious, exotic, new ways to self-pleasure. So it can be really amazing to mix up your self-pleasure routine, just so your body doesn’t get habituated to the same thing over and over again. If you offer flexibility in the way that you touch yourself, it’ll make you more flexible with a lover and during sex as well, which is really valuable for being more orgasmic, more available to pleasure when it’s not just the exact stroke that you use over and over again in self-pleasuring.
It’s also just kind of exciting to try new things with your body and be aware that when you try something new, when you mix it up, sometimes it doesn’t feel as good at first, but over time, you kind of develop the taste for it. So here are a multitude of various ways to feel more pleasure while you’re self pleasuring.
So the first is clitoral strokes, mixing up how you touch the outside part of your clitoris. So the first thing is circles over the clitoris. You can do up and down. You can do side to side, you can try one finger, two fingers, three fingers. While you stroke your clitoris, you can also do tapping or pressing, which can be really super delicious. And you can play with the whole Palm of your hand, stroking your vulva and your clitoris.
Next way to mix it up is by trying different pressure and different speed. So you can try more intense pressure than you’ve ever tried before, or you can lane up the pressure. So it’s much more delicate. You can also do much more rapid, faster speed than you’re used to, or you can slow it way, way down.
The next part is to play with different areas of your vulva. So it can be common to just focus in on the clitoral glans, but I’m gonna encourage you to try different geographical areas, to activate different parts of your pleasure system. So you can try below your clitoral glans over your urethra. You can do circles around the entrance to your vagina. You can circle with your whole Palm over your vulva. You can stroke up and down over the entrance to your vagina.
So the next thing I’m gonna encourage you to do is to explore inside of your vagina. So a lot of women leave this part out, but when you self-pleasure and you actually touch the inside of your vagina, you increase vaginal sensitivity. You open up the capacity to have G-spot or cervical orgasms. And usually you’re also preparing your body to enjoy intercourse more so you can explore stroking your G-spot, doing an in and out motion through the entrance to your vagina, over your G-spot.
You can press your G-spot. You can do deep massaging circles over your G-spot and you can even reach deep inside and you may be able to actually stimulate your cervix with the tip of your finger. You can try one, two or three fingers for internal stimulation.
So next, you can experiment with combined pleasure. That means where you’re touching one part of your body and another, and this usually enhances the pleasure. So in this round, you’re gonna be touching your clitoris glans with one hand and then with the other hand, you can explore your G-spot. You can explore your cervix. You can explore your breasts. You can stroke your neck. You can play with your perineum. You can also stimulate with and play with your anus. Again, all of these are while you’re also stroking your clitoris glans in the way that feels best to you.
So you can also experiment with different positions. This gives you greater flexibility in how your body is able to receive orgasm pleasure and turn on. So you can try lying face up. You can try lying face down. You can get on your hands and knees and reach behind you with your hands. You can be on your knees, stroking your whole body and your vulva. You can do it in front of a mirror. You can do it straddling something that feels really good, like an armchair, or even straddling your bath. And with all of these, you can get your partner to watch. So you can enhance your pleasure by involving another object. So you can use a dildo. You can use a Jade egg, a you can use a vibrator or other sex toy. You can use a butt plug. You can use the back of a spoon.
If it’s all lubed or oiled up, you can use the water from your bath or your shower. And you can also try your opposite hand, which can be really great for breaking up habits and patterns.
So another thing to add into the mix is to add some Tantra to your self-pleasuring. So you can breathe in and out of your clitoris. As you stroke yourself, you can circulate your energy, inhaling your turn on up the front of your body and exhaling it down the back in a circle of turn on and pleasure throughout your whole body.
You can enhance your breathing, add deeper, fuller breathing. You can also enhance your sound, sounding more deeply and fully as you self pleasure. You can also practice edging, meaning that you build your turn on and pleasure, but instead of ever climaxing, you store it inside of your cells inside of your aura so you get brighter and shinier and fuller with your own sexual turn on.
