How To Orgasm From Penetration

So, I am here to tell you that if you have a pussy, you can absolutely orgasm from intercourse. Now I know there is conflicting science out there. There’s even people who are like, the G-spot doesn’t exist. Or, if your clitoris is more than 2.5 inches away from your vaginal opening, then you can’t have an orgasm from intercourse.

And my experience after working with over 10,000 paid clients and literally hundreds of thousands of people here in this content, is that anybody who really focuses on having an internal orgasm from penetration, with a dildo or a hard penis as you like, can absolutely do it, because it is a skill that you can actually train your body to do.

Now there can be a combination of factors about why you aren’t orgasming from intercourse. So, the first can be, if you’ve accumulated a lot of psychosomatic pain, trauma, shame, guilt, or just disconnection from your deep vagina or your G-spot, you can feel numb or even so tense in that area that things feel painful rather than pleasurable.

Another factor can be if the person who you are having intercourse with is not giving you the kind of stimulation that makes your vagina orgasmic. So oftentimes people think hard and fast or really intense is what creates orgasms for women internally, but actually, most of the time it’s very slow, very rhythmic, and even almost so gentle that the orgasm comes on like a soft wave that floods through the entire body.

Another factor is if you are only self-pleasuring with the external clitoris, with your hands or even a vibrator, because what happens then is that you’re creating a very deep neural network pathway through orgasm in that way of touching yourself. So, if you want to create a deep neural network pathway for intercourse orgasms, you want to be self-pleasuring using a dildo and actually working with your deep vaginal pleasure.

So I’ve seen through this mind-body connection and actually using these techniques, I’ve had almost a 100% success rate with women and people with pussies being able to experience deep vaginal orgasms.

If you do have pain or numbness in your vagina, or you’re just like, wow, having a super sensitive and switched on pussy sounds awesome, I’ve created a 10 minute jade egg, or yoni egg guided audio down below. You can go ahead and click the link and get it. It’s absolutely free. And what it’ll do, it will guide you through a 10 minute morning practice that not only lights up your body, super turns you on and makes you feel delicious before you start your day, but can also enhance this deep vaginal sensitivity that is required to be able to have an orgasm through intercourse.

So here is a short step by step training that can help you learn to orgasm from penetration.

So, the first step is to start exploring your G-spot when you self-pleasure. So you want to turn yourself on like you normally do, but you want to make sure that you’re really turned on for G-spot exploration because the G-spot is erectile. That means that if you’re not turned on, you actually won’t feel it and it won’t feel pleasurable.

So once you’re good and turned on, you can insert a G-spot toy or a clean finger with a clipped fingernail into your vagina and start to locate the G-spot, which is on the part of your body that faces your abdomen and is usually just a tiny bit inside of the vaginal canal. So it can be anywhere from a few centimeters to a few inches internally, depending on the location of your female prostate inside of your body.

So once you locate the G-spot, it’s really amazing to start first with blended orgasms, meaning you want to stroke or touch your G-spot as you’re touching your external clitoris in the way that feels most amazing to you. As you do this, you’ll start to explore what deeper vaginal pleasure can feel like. Now you may have to do this over a series of weeks or months to truly build that sensitivity.

Also, your brain loves to orgasm in the way that you are used to, so when you do a blended orgasm, you can actually use the same neural networks of how you usually touch your clitoris to go ahead and create an associated neural network of GP-spot pleasure. Once you’ve created the associated neural network, you can then actually just have an orgasm from G-spot pleasure alone.

After you’ve done this, the next step is to usually work with a body-safe dildo internally. So in this case, you’re going to start self-pleasuring, turning yourself on, and again, the vagina only experiences high levels of pleasure when you’re super turned on. So if you try and insert a dildo when you’re not feeling really turned on and a big yes to pleasure and sexuality, it’s actually going to feel dry or tense. And this might be the reason that a lot of women or people with pussies associate vaginal pleasure with being uncomfortable, because a lot of the time you are experiencing penetration before you are at a full “fuck yes.”

So, it’s very important that you really turn yourself on and that you do penetration very slowly so you can put the crystal or stone or glass dildo right up to the entrance of your vagina, and you want to so, so slowly insert it and make sure that your body is feeling yes, and also that it feels pleasurable as you do the insertion.

You could actually think of taking five to 10 minutes to insert the dildo inside of your body. This will also create a profound state of relaxation inside of your pelvic floor and inside of your vagina, which is going to enhance your ability to experience sensation and pleasure internally.

So again, when you first start using the dildo, you want to use your primary orgasmic network, which is almost always external clitoral stimulation. That means, how you usually touch yourself on your clitoris. You could use a vibrator if you want, and you’re going to very slowly and gently penetrate yourself with the dildo. And again, this means that you’ll be basically creating an associated neural network from your deep vagina, that will move along the orgasmic network you’ve already created, and it makes it more possible to activate deep vaginal pleasure and orgasm.

Then over time, and again, I’m talking weeks to months of actually self-pleasuring this way, you’ll unlock and activate deep vaginal orgasms. Now, in my body and so many people that I’ve worked with, it literally does feel like the orgasm is coming from your deep vagina. It’s a very distinct sensation from when you’re touching your external clitoris.

Now, it’s probably not possible to have a deep vaginal orgasm alone because your clitoral network actually wraps around the entrance to your vagina and even comes a little bit inside of the vaginal canal. So anytime that you’re orgasming from penetration, you’re also going to be activating your clitoral network.

However, I know the different geography of my body and my clitoral network feels like there’s this beautiful orgasm happening more superficially like in my pelvic floor or like right at the entrance to my vagina. And when I’m having an orgasm from penetration, a deep vaginal orgasm, it feels like the orgasm originates truly from deep inside my vagina, almost like the cervical area and deep vaginal area.

So you can find orgasmic sensation from very, very deep within the body. And this is such a delicious turn on because it’s just the next level of intimacy when you’re with a partner with a penis or a strap on, and you can experience orgasm from penetration. It’s like a different level of your body lighting up, becoming orgasmic. It’s this really deep level of surrender, beauty and intimacy that’s absolutely profound.

And this is another reason why I think a lot of people actually aren’t having deep vaginal orgasms, is sometimes that love and that surrender and that willingness to totally open up in that level of intimacy isn’t there. So, a vibrator is maybe the least intimate form of orgasm and it’s this externalized, very almost safe form of orgasm because there’s no internal penetration.

Internal penetration is profoundly vulnerable. So internal penetration is only going to be orgasmic if your body is a “fuck yes” to the experience. And sometimes that requires healing. Even if you love your partner, sometimes it can still be a process to release sexual material, psychosomatic blockages that are there, that are keeping you from being able to fully surrender to the depth of pleasure that is available inside of your vagina.

It’s also super important to be able to communicate to your partner that oftentimes orgasm through penetration comes from deep, but slow and rhythmic penetration. That doesn’t mean you can’t ever have hard and fast sex, but if you want to optimize for a deep vaginal orgasm, go ahead and invite your partner to try and go way slower and be way more connected than maybe they ordinarily are, and this is what can activate the cervical orgasms and the deep vaginal orgasms in a truly delicious way.

So again, if you want to start that journey into sensitizing your vaginal canal and activating deep vaginal orgasms, go ahead and click the 10 minute jade egg practice that’s linked down below. You can get access to it right away. And yes, you want a jade egg available to you, although, you could also do the practice with a dildo, if you wanted to get creative. And what it will do is give you a daily, simple practice that can create this level of sensitization that you need for a deep body orgasm.
