We’re looking to work with you: a brilliant VITA™ Coaching Certification alumni (previously SLRC) who is excited to work on a team of like-minded coaches, teachers, inspirers, and leaders passionately creating the future of the VITA™ Coaching Certification.

As a Connection Sibling, you will help Team Layla deliver an excellent and high-quality program, and offer students the opportunity to feel high-level connection and support through your celebrations and space-holding. In this role, you’ll be a key team member in engaging with students’ experiences and being a daily celebratory and high-vibration presence in the Facebook group.

The Role

In the 2025 VITA™ Coaching Certification, we will have 15-20 Connection Siblings working with the Senior Teachers, the Program Director, and the team to cheerlead and support students in their VITA™ Coaching program experience.

Duties include:

Reading and monitoring check-ins and emails from students

You'll offer celebrations and light support to students via a group email inbox throughout the course. Students will check in regularly, and some may write in to request support, to be witnessed, or to ask questions.

Monitoring the Facebook group

The Facebook group is one of the most active parts of the program! You'll be commenting weekly on student posts to cheerlead, support, and identify potential issues. You’ll also have the opportunity to share the embodied wisdom you garnered from your year doing the program in order to support the student experience.

Attend team meetings

You are invited to get what you came for with this role and step into leadership opportunities! You will be encouraged to connect regularly with other Connection Siblings to support and share about the ways you are learning and growing in this role. 

May Attend Live Retreat

As a member of Team Layla, you will be eligible for consideration to support and hold space at the VITA™ Coaching live embodiment retreat. 

Please note - attending the retreat as a Connection Sibling is not guaranteed if you are chosen as a Connection Sibling. We will accept 8 Connection Siblings to attend the retreat.

About You

  • You are a VITA™ Coaching graduate or student of the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 cohorts (you don’t have to have completed the Core Certification!)
  • You’re passionate about supporting students/clients over a longer period of time.
  • You LOVED the VITA™ Coaching program and want to spend another year attending live classes and getting upgrades within the community.
  • You feel that 5+ hours a week of support and engagement with the program will uplevel your skills as a leader and business owner.
  • You feel that 5+ hours a week of support and engagement with the program will be supportive to your growth as a coach.
  • You want to do more majors and feel that 12 months in VITA™ Sacred Sexuality would support you to thrive.
  • You want to learn the business skills that you need to thrive at Layla Martin.
  • You want to stay engaged and inspired with the 2025 community of teachers, connection siblings, and students.
  • You are a go-getter and enjoy having responsibility.
  • You loved your time with the Connection Siblings and thought "I'd love to do that!"
  • You’re confident, resourceful, and capable of self-managing. 
  • The role feels like a FUCK YES!

    Please be aware that this is a full-year commitment and we want you to feel aligned with the value exchange.

Experience 

You were enrolled in the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 203 or 2024 VITA™ Coaching Certification.

You have, or will have completed at least 16 practicums from T2 before January 2025.

You have been an active participant in the Facebook group of your VITA™ Coaching cohort.

Compensation

• Retake the 2025 VITA™ Coaching Certification (you get the program experience again)

• Receive 2 VITA™ Coaching Certification majors

• 12 months of access to VITA™ Sacred Sexuality in 2026
