You wanna blow a woman’s mind in the bedroom?
Most women need deep, slow thrusting during intercourse to achieve vaginal orgasm. It can take 20 to 25 minutes to have a G-spot orgasm, 45 minutes for a life changing cervical orgasm and up to an hour of deep, slow penetration to get to a valley orgasm.
And I can tell you from talking to thousands of women all the time, that one of the things they are craving deep inside is to orgasm through vaginal penetration. So in this video, I’m going to be sharing with you six unconventional steps to being able to last way longer in the bedroom.
Let’s do this.
So guys, if you really wanna last long enough to give your woman maximum pleasure, thinking about things like a dirty ashtray, baseball, your mother Margaret, or you’re naked on a cold day. They might prolong things for a minute or so just a little bit longer, but they’re not gonna get you to the 45 minutes where you can really bring her to a rocking orgasm.
You gotta stop thinking about your mind while I’m trying to do my thing, man, it… it’s freaking me out.
The first step is mind state. So it can be easy to slip into a disempowered mind, state thinking. Well, ejaculation just happens. It’s important to take control. You are the master of your sexuality. You get to decide when you are and are not going to ejaculate and how long you’re gonna last.
Step 2 – deep relaxation. So tension and stress are the ultimate killers of the penis marathon.

So you gotta relax when you’re all tense and stressed. It forces pressure and sensitivity into the tip of your penis way too overwhelming. You’re not gonna be able to control ejaculation that way. When you relax the muscles of your pelvis, very, very consciously that allows your sexual energy to flow in and up through your body.
Distributing your turn on that makes getting really, really turned on more manageable so that you can last longer. The science behind this is that ejaculation is a reflex of the sympathetic nervous system. So if you stay really relaxed, you’re gonna be in the parasympathetic zone of your nervous system that makes it much harder for your body to trigger the ejaculation response.
Step 3 – is to breathe deeply into your lower belly. So deep breathing enhances the effects of relaxation. The more deeply you breathe, the more that you’re gonna distribute. Those sensations of turn on that get really concentrated on the tip of your dick, into the rest of your body.
Not only does that delay ejaculation, it also creates a full body orgasm experience for you so that you want to keep going on and on and on because it feels so amazing. The breath is life. Life is breath. You must pull it from your head to the rest of your body.
Step – 4 is sounding, this is one of the most powerful yet poorly used sexual tools in your repertoire. So women sound really freely during sex. That’s one of the reasons they’re more naturally orgasmic and they can last longer in the bedroom, but for men, usually you’re very, very quiet unless you are in a state of orgasm.
So what you wanna do is learn to sound your sexual sensations. This can actually be a huge turn on to women. They love seeing that you’re feeling it and enjoying it. Once you start sounding your sensations, you’re gonna naturally move sexual energy rapidly through your body. That’s gonna take the pressure off of ejaculation and help you to last longer. And if that’s not your thing, then …
Step number 5 – is for your Jedi mind control. So you can also move sexual sensation with the power of your mind.
These aren’t the droids you’re looking for.
You simply will the buildup of pressure and sensation happening in your penis to flow through your entire body in the same circuit with mind control.
Step number 6 – build strength, doing regular exercises with the muscles of your penis will give you increased control, but also a better mind body connection. You’ll actually build neuronal sensitivity that can help you feel more in tune with, but also more in control of the activities of your penis.
So there’s two basic exercises that I recommend for this. The first thing that you can do throughout your day is whenever you go to pee, you wanna start and stop your urine stream periodically. What this does is it actually strengthens the muscle that you can contract to use to pull your sexual energy up through your body. It’s like a little ignition switch that you can use to circulate the energy throughout your body.
The second exercise is to periodically squeeze the muscles around your perineum 20 to 30 times a day. This also builds increased pelvic floor strength, which helps your sexual energy and sexual sensations move up and in your body rather than down and out.
