I get really nervous before dates.
Like, crazy anxious kinda nervous…when it’s someone I really like.
One time I was about to go out with this guy that I’d been secretly obsessed with…
He was insanely gorgeous.
And right before he picked me up, I ran over to my friend’s house sweaty and freaking out and was like…
“JUST TELL ME I LOOK OKAY!!??!!”
My friend was like, “You’re probably going to need to calm down for that to be true.”
So…anyways…I get the feels pretty bad before dates.
And that’s fine – but I realized I wasn’t connecting with the people I wanted the most because I was too freaking anxious to be myself.
That’s when I put together my ultimate goddess pre-date ritual.
Because I needed to stop acting spastic and start acting like myself.
And, hey! It freaking worked!
I can guarantee this is like no other pre-date ritual you’ve ever seen.
Lots of dating books tell you to act sweet and sane and uninterested.
My book of dating involves your breasts, masturbating and naked dancing…
(and I’ve worked with a lot of people looking to attract their ideal partnership…my way works WAY better than that boring BS advice 😉)
This is one of my favorite videos in a long time – I hope you enjoy.
P.S. This pre-date ritual works even if you are already in a long term relationship.
P.P.S. Here is the promised cacao recipe:
– 1/4 cup powdered raw cacao nibs
– 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
– 1 tsp damiana, powdered fine in small grinder or sifted
– 1 tsp maca powder
– 1/2 tsp Rhodiola powder
– 1/2 to 1 tsp ginseng powder
– 1 tsp guarana powder – optional
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp lucuma fruit powder – optional
– pinch of powdered rose and ginger and cayenne
– 4 tbsp of finely powdered cashews or pine nuts until the right consistency occurs for rolling
Now mix with intention until all colors blended.
NOTE: don’t over-mix as it will draw oil out of the mixture.
Blend the following in a separate cup:
– 1 tbsp melted cacao butter
– 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
– 1/4 cup raw honey or agave
– And add 4 tbsp of the above to the mixture.
